- SUNGLASSES
- Protect your eyes from hooks. They also will help reduce the glare on the
water and make it easier to see the fish
- HAT & SUN LOTION
- Protect your body from the sun. Fish hate the taste of sun lotion.
Apply at home so its not all over your hands
- CAMERA - Have
your camera ready to capture some memories. You will catch a lot of fish
and our events are a great photo opportunity
- PARENTS -
Parents or a guardian must come to the event. No drop offs allowed
- FISHING GEAR
- Bring whatever you already have, but everyone gets a free fishing rod and
tackle box when you join
- FISHING PLIERS
- If your planning to catch a fish then you need to plan on taking out the
hook. Any pliers will work just fine
- FISHING LICENSE
- We will not ask for your license but we never know when the Fish & Wildlife
officers will stop by an event. The law says that fisherman under 16 do not
need a license and if you are just helping them fish you technically do not
need a license either. You can buy a license at
BJ's Tackle, Bass Pro Shops, Walmart or online from
MYFWC
- Please don't forget... there are NO
BATHROOMS at the majority of our events
